Refund policy

We want bath day to be easier. If FluffDry is not right for you, you can send it back within 30 days.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will send you the return address.

Send the suit back clean, with its hose, in its original packaging. We refund the price of the item as soon as it arrives. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, stops working as described, or you received the wrong size, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice, at no cost to you.

Cancelling an order

If you contact us before your order ships, we will cancel it and refund you in full straight away. Once it has shipped, you can return it under the 30-day policy above.

Lost or missing deliveries

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not with you, or it has not arrived within 12 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund the order.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5–10 business days to post it, which is outside our control.
