Terms of service

These terms govern your use of getfluffdry.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read the safety section — this product is used on a live animal.

1. Who we are

FluffDry, Texas, United States. You can reach us any time through our contact page. "We", "us" and "our" refer to FluffDry.

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with it or its security, to scrape it by automated means, or to resell our products as your own without our written permission.

3. Safety — please read this one

The FluffDry Drying Suit is a fabric suit your dog wears while warm air from a household hair dryer passes through it. It is not a medical, heating or grooming-restraint device.

  • Stay with your dog the whole time they are in the suit. Never leave them alone in it.
  • Use your hair dryer on its lowest heat setting, feel the air on your own hand before you start, and stop if your dog seems uncomfortable.
  • Keep your dog's head outside the collar, and leave the drawstring loose enough to fit two fingers underneath.
  • Do not use it on a dog that is injured, unwell, frightened or already too warm.
  • Check the suit, drawstrings and hose before each use and stop using it if anything is damaged.
  • Follow your hair dryer maker's safety instructions and keep the dryer away from water.

You are responsible for supervising your dog and deciding whether the product suits them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury or loss arising from use that ignores these instructions.

4. Products, descriptions and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions and the weight range they are built for. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Any "compare at" price shown is our own list price for the item, not a price charged by another retailer. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion runs. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full. If quantities are limited, we will say so on the product page.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the wallet providers offered there. We do not see or store your full card details. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, costs and coverage are set out in our shipping policy. Your right to a refund is set out in our refund policy — 30 days from delivery to start a return. Both policies form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

8. Our content

The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent. Our name and logo are our marks.

9. Reviews and anything you send us

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own and true, and you give us permission to display it. We may remove anything unlawful or misleading. We do not publish reviews written by anyone who has not used the product.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the product, including use that ignores the safety section above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, and the courts of Texas have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any consumer right you have under the law of your own state.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
